Ideally, we try to help companies to execute a restructuring without the need of filing for bankruptcy. These assignments often include negotiations with creditors and suppliers. In addition, NuOrion will also help to raise new capital.
NuOrion also has experience in bankruptcy filings (Chapter 11 and 7) and including subsidiary bankruptcies.
We believe that the key to a successful restructuring is to identify the problems as early as possible and then aggressively push for a solution. As part of our assignments, we will participate as part of a turnaround management team and will join company board of directors.
